  1. Even if you’re not doing the yoga properly, or don’t have time for a class…learning a few stretches online can really help with the pain. I sit in an office all day, working on a computer, and I get neck and arm pain from hunching over the laptop for so long. I learned some stretches that I do throughout the day that keep me pain-free!
