		<description>Even if you&#039;re not doing the yoga properly, or don&#039;t have time for a class...learning a few stretches online can really help with the pain.   I sit in an office all day, working on a computer, and I get neck and arm pain from hunching over the laptop for so long.  I learned some stretches that I do throughout the day that keep me pain-free!</description>
