I work out on the Wii myself - I am 56 and have been fighting post menopausal weight gain (I am 15 lbs heavier than 4 years ago - it is amazing as to how it just creaps up on you). Anyway, I agree that EA Active is a much better work out for cardio and weight loss - but the Wii Fit Plus allows you to tailor a yoga and strength training workout that takes less time than the individual exercises and I believe helps a great deal with flexibility and balance.
But I don't rely solely on the Wii - I walk everyday (10,000 steps as per WeightWatcher's recommendation). I have lost 5 lbs in about 2 months with my more intensive work out and also PORTION CONTROL.
Grandma used us say that the best exercise is pushing away from the table. :)

My best friends mom recently started working out with the wii fit. she has since lost 12 pounds in the last 6 weeks. I don't know if it's only a wii issue but she says that it's more fun than a treadmill

Hi there. I am 29 years old, i have everything that makes a woman sterile. For example i suffer from endomitriosis, Fibroma 7cm on my womb and cysts on ovaries. I have a 30 day cycle and i am always on time. My last period was on the 16th of December. I have sore breasts and feel very edgy. Is there any explanation? Usually i get it just before my period.
Please help
