Although the benefits of eating organic have been recently studied, there are findings that show the potential gains the human body can have. However, the questions that many of us organic followers have are: 1) Is there truth in labeling, especially in the US market (i.e. Walmart & Co.) 2) Is organic produce sustainable according to seasonality specially for rich nutrient fruits and vegetables, normally outsourced to third world countries 3) Are retailers really supporting impoverish organic growers around the world or simply benefiting the pockets of intermediaries with higher than average prices?

Yet, the organic lifestyle seems to be creating a profound positive change in mentality and attitude toward a healthy living.

Very true...when I'm eating organic foods such as tomatoes I feel so much more alive and healthier...the closer we can get to nature when it comes to nutrition the better; I think these fast food alternatives are really hurting people as it is cheap so that's what I buy until I become financially more stable to have my produce daily ;)
