		<description>I am 46 years old. And yeah, I really think I need the exercise. I work 8 hours sitting down, sometimes more. I notice my tummy is growing bigger. I cannot wear my pants neither my shorts anymore. I have asthma. What do you think is the best exercise for me? Thanks for this post.</description>

and then suddenly stopped,I love a work out,there` s no better feeling,since I stopped working out which consisted of jogging and sprinting on a tread mill 3 years ago I have just balloned,I have applied fro a gym membership again,so heres hoping for a stone and a half to come off in the new year.

		<description>I completly agree with this study.  I am 27 years old who has recently started frequent exercise and i do feel better, im not so tired in the afternoons and im also sleeping better.  I have also started to walk to shops or friends houses and also parking the car in the furthest car parking space possible at work.</description>
